Delivery & Pickup

For delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. If no one is available after a reasonable attempt, the order may be returned, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Orders may be changed or cancelled by calling our store directly, but only if preparation has not yet begun.
Once an order is being prepared or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
In the event of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, significant quality issue), please contact us immediately. We will work to correct the error, which may include a remake, credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original method of payment.
